1:1 Physical Therapy

Treatment is always patient-specific, meaning no “cookie-cutter” programs. Every BODY is different, therefore every treatment should be customized for you. At Catalyst, we take a total body, from the ground up approach to break down your movement and identify the root cause of your pain or dysfunction, versus only addressing symptoms. We give the time and individual attention that you deserve in your rehab process. This ensures long term success and relief.

Conditions We Treat:

Female Pelvic Health:

  • Pregnancy (pubic symphysis dysfunction, SI joint pain, sciatica, core strengthening, birth prep)

  • Postpartum (diastasis recti, c-section scar recovery, core and pelvic floor strengthening, pelvic pain, bowel or urinary symptoms

  • Pelvic Organ Prolapse (pressure or heaviness, sensation of something “falling out”, urinary leakage)

  • Urinary Symptoms (urinary urgency/frequency, excessive night time voids, incontinence, interstitial cystitis/bladder pain, difficulty emptying bladder)

  • Bowel Symptoms (constipation, bowel urgency, incontinence, pain)

  • Pelvic Pain (with sex, OB/GYN exam, tampon use; general pelvic girdle pain - SI joint, tailbone, low back, hip)

Catalyst For Calm: Vagus Nerve Reset Sessions

The vagus nerves are major nerves that run from your brain to your organs, helping control things like digestion, heart rate, and mood. As part of the parasympathetic nervous system, they help your body relax, recover, and reduce pain by calming the stress response, slowing your heart rate, and signaling safety to your brain and body.

“Catalyst for Calm” wellness sessions are designed to target the vagus nerves with manual work and dry needling to help clients feel calmer, more grounded, and relaxed. By reducing overall stress in the body, clients have reported that these sessions also help with chronic pain and even sleep troubles.

Sessions Include:

  • 15 minutes of soft tissue and fascial work at the head and the neck

  • Kinesiology taping at the sides of the neck for longer-lasting effects

  • 30 minutes for dry needling to the upper cervical area/base of the skull and sacrum with low intensity electrical stimulation to amplify results

Dry Needling Sessions

Dry needling is a skilled technique that uses thin, sterile needles to target trigger points and tight areas within muscle and fascia.

It helps reduce pain, improve mobility, and restore function by releasing muscle tension, increasing blood flow, promoting tissue healing, and calming overactive pain signals to encourage a more balanced and relaxed nervous system state.

Sessions are 50 minutes and can include the use of electrical stimulation, red light therapy, and a heat lamp to amplify effects.

Virtual Coaching Programs

Core Confidence Club: Postpartum Coaching

Postpartum isn’t a timeline - it’s a transition. Whether you’re one month or one year out - if you’re tired of guessing your way through recovery and feeling disconnected from your body, afraid to get back to the activities you love, the Core Confidence Club is for you!

The CCC includes 6 monthly virtual calls with a Doctor of Physical Therapy and pelvic health specialist for expert guidance in your postpartum healing. You will gain access to easy-to-follow workouts via the TrueCoach app for accountability and convenience!

Throughout the 6 month duration of your CCC experience, we will work through 3 important phases:

  1. Reconnect: Learn how to move with your body, not against it. Breathwork, deep core and pelvic floor awareness, and nervous system support are the foundation.

  2. Rebuild: Strengthen from the inside out. We’re talking deep core, glutes, and movement patterns that actually support your life.

  3. Reclaim: This is where the magic happens. Confidence, consistency, and workouts that challenge you - without the fear.

Pelvic Wellness: Long-Term Pelvic Health Coaching

This virtual coaching program is meant for patients who have graduated from their Physical Therapy plan of care but are still looking for guidance to ensure long-term maintenance of their pelvic health.

Pelvic Wellness includes 6 monthly virtual calls where I will focus on different wellness topics on each call and be available to answer any questions that come up. Topics include:

  • Exercise

  • Stress Management

  • Nutrition & Hydration

  • Breath Work & Holistic Approaches

  • Sleep Hygiene

  • General Habits & Behaviors

You will also gain access to the TrueCoach app for monthly programming of your exercises and habit tracking for added accountability and support. Designed to bridge the gap between rehab and real life, this program helps you maintain your progress, prevent setbacks, and confidently integrate wellness into your everyday routine!
