We are a cash-based, out of network provider. Most patients opt to pay via cash, credit card, HSA, or FSA. You can also request a superbill from us to submit directly to your insurance provider.

A superbill is a detailed receipt or invoice from a healthcare provider that includes all the information needed for the patient to file a claim with their insurance company for reimbursement.

No, you don’t need a prescription. New Jersey is a direct access state, meaning you do not need to see a physician prior to coming to PT.

Every visit will be a 1:1 session with your Doctor of Physical Therapy.
Your first visit will be an 80 minute initial evaluation consisting of a review of past medical history, movement screening, tests and measures, hands on interventions, and programming your rehab plan.
Follow-ups are 60 minutes long and can consist of exercise prescription, manual work, and education for managing your symptoms.
Plan to wear comfortable clothes you can move in!
*If you are coming in for a pelvic floor evaluation, in addition to the above, an external and internal pelvic floor muscle assessment is performed with your consent. This is never mandatory but can provide valuable information in determining your plan of care.
