Initial evaluations are 80 minutes, one on one with Dr. Nicole; Session includes assessment and treatment. Follow-up sessions are 60 minutes.

50 minute session (Setup, 40-45min with needles in place, Removal); Can include electrical stimulation and red light therapy.

50 minute session including 15 minutes of targeted manual strategies at the head and the neck, followed by 30-35 minutes of dry needling at the base of the skull/upper cervical region and sacrum to stimulate vagus nerve activity for overall nervous system calming; Can include electrical stimulation.
