Meet Your Doctor of Physical Therapy
Dr. Nicole Salge, PT, DPT, IADN Cert. Specialist
Dr. Nicole earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology with a minor in Holistic Health from Stockton University. After graduation, she worked as a paraprofessional in an elementary school and coached high school cross country and track & field, where she discovered her passion for helping others and her growing interest in health, fitness, and the human body - ultimately leading her to a career in Physical Therapy.
She went on to earn her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Arcadia University, gaining hands-on experience in both hospital and outpatient settings. During her clinical rotations, she was introduced to pelvic health rehabilitation and quickly recognized how vital it is to serve this community of individuals who are often managing vulnerable symptoms that can often carry feelings of shame or embarrassment. This experience sparked her deep commitment to providing compassionate, empowering care in this often-overlooked area of health.
Since then, Dr. Nicole has completed advanced training through Herman & Wallace to become qualified as a Pelvic Health Physical Therapist and earned her Dry Needling Certification through Intricate Art Spine & Body Solutions. She opened Catalyst to be a safe space for her patients, normalizing all seasons of life they may be experiencing. She enjoys creating an engaging, educational environment that empowers individuals to take charge of their long-term wellness.
Outside the clinic, Nicole loves a mix of downtime at home or in nature, and taking on new challenges - from 5Ks and triathlons to DekaFit, Hyrox, and she even completed her first marathon and ultramarathon in the same day! When she’s not running, hiking, or in the gym, you’ll find her planning her next National Park adventure or spending time with her dog, Penny.
